To help students connect with the material in ways that inspire them to learn and grow, all the while growing myself as a Martial Artist, a teacher, and a human being.

Experience

1986 – Began education of Tae Kwon Do under the instruction of Master John W. Rankin at the Mountain Academy of Martial Arts in Evergreen, CO
1991 – Earned the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt under Master John W. Ranking and the Mu Duk Kwon Association
1991-1995 – Tae Kwon Do Instructor at the Mountain Academy of Martial Arts in Evergreen, CO

Dance Instructor for Lakewood Recreation District and Foothills Recreation District (all ages), Denver Metro, CO

(I realize this may not seem relevant. However, my years of teaching children and adults of all ages, in an active setting, contribute a great deal to my teaching abilities today.)

2012-2014 – Senior Dance Instructor/Choreographer for South Suburban Recreation District and Foothills Recreation District (all ages)

2014 – Received 2nd Dan at the Mountain Academy of Martial Arts under Master John W. Ranking and the Mu Duk Kwon Association

2014+ – Instructor at Mountain Academy of Martial Arts Green Mountain

2015+ – Kinder Kicks Instructor at Mountain Academy of Martial Arts Lakewood
