Testing

Yellow – 3 months at white belt

Yellow with stripe – 3 months at yellow belt

Green – 3 months at yellow belt with stripe

Blue – 6 months at green belt

Blue with stripe – 3 or 6 months at blue belt (blue+blue stripe = 9 months)

Red belt – 3 or 6 months at blue belt with stripe (blue+blue stripe = 9 months)

Red belt first stripe – 6 months at red belt

Red belt second stripe – 6 months at red belt with first stripe

1st Dan Black belt - 6 months at red belt with second stripe, free forms memorized for 3 months

2nd Dan Black Belt – Equivalent to how long it took you to reach 1st Dan minimum is 3 1/2 years

3rd Dan Black Belt – Equivalent to how long it took you to reach 2nd Dan minimum is 3 1/2 years

These are MINIMUM time requirements and are subject to instructor approval

Regular attendance is expected and required for testing, also subject to instructor discretion

The test fee is $30 regardless of the rank you are testing for. Please pay your instructor before testing.
